Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute projects, systems commissioning, provide technical support, and handle customer requests to meet their needs and company objectives.
  • Evaluate new technologies, products, or equipment models to assess their suitability and develop service packages for customer adoption.
  • Monitor the performance of sub-contractors and control procedures in accordance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and support career development.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards for customer satisfaction.
