Software Developer Position

The company seeks a skilled software developer to manage enterprise API gateways.

Job Description:

  • Configure and manage day-to-day operations of the Axway API gateway system, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
  • Monitor API Gateway performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing continuous improvement and enhancements as needed.
  • Work with external parties to integrate their web services with the gateway, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Configure and code policies via Axway API Gateway Policy Studio, utilizing expertise in XML, XSL, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Deploy and upgrade the Axway API Gateway and database as required, leveraging experience in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement APIs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in configuring and managing Axway API Gateway or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital certificates (client and server), mutual authentication, SSL, Web Services, and security protocols.
  • Experience with common Unix/Linux utilities, diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
