About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure building systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment.
  • Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
  • Operating and maintenance of WWTP.
  • Attend to emergency breakdowns and provide feedback.
  • Report on irregularities.
  • Update maintenance records and file service provider service sheets.
  • Maintain stock lists and logs of maintenance parts and consumable items.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
  • Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.
