Job Title: ACMV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ACMV professional to oversee the implementation of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the team, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • The ACMV project manager will supervise a group of site staff and engineers, plan and organise daily work, execute projects, prepare project schedules, and submit milestone reports.
  • They will participate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, and conduct tender site show rounds for project works and contract management.
  • The role involves ensuring effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • The ACMV project manager will ensure that all Installation engineers, workers/subcontractors' work is completed within the allocated time.
  • They will also ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
  • The role involves investigating accident/incident reports, including recommendations for preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence.
  • The ACMV project manager will review contractor's redesign submissions, update as-built drawings, and attend site meetings/inspections.
  • They will have the ability to make judgment calls/decisions based on experience within the industry.
  • The role requires ensuring that all work is carried out to current standards and delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ACMV project manager will liaise with office staff to assist in resolving queries, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of Singapore-based ACMV experience.
  • We are looking for someone with career progression potential.
  • Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and organisational skills.
  • Capable of performing under pressure.
