Job Opportunity: Lead ACMV Specialist

Overview: As a key member of our team, the Lead ACMV Specialist will oversee the planning and coordination of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works in construction projects. This role involves supervising contractors and workers to complete tasks on time while providing solutions for any technical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Managing ACMV works to meet project requirements, including installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
  • Preparing reports for clients and stakeholders on progress, delays, and rectification measures.
  • Planning and arranging manpower deployment to optimize project efficiency.
  • Providing technical advice and resolving ACMV technical issues on site.
  • Supervising ACMV works in construction projects, ensuring high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Required).
  • Local experience of at least 5 years in ACMV engineering (Required).
  • BCA's M&E Coordination Specialist Diploma (Preferred).
