**Responsibilities**:
This person will be deployed to NTU, responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations and support the technical team in maintaining, sustainability testbed, system efficiency improvement project, etc.
- Manage and be responsible for maintaining facilities to achieve high reliability, availability, and operational requirement for ACMV system.
- Equipped with capacity to re-solve operation issues for ACMV system as well as other operating spaces like laboratory, clean room, etc.
- Maintain the plant efficiency within the plant optimal performance.
- Support the site technical team in sustainability test-bedding projects and participate in technology deployment and implementation.
- Project coordination and participation with client and agencies on specific projects and assessments.
- Facilities coordination for Annual System Shutdown.
- Manage and monitor performance of specialists and sub-contractors, ensuring completion of maintenance related tasks in accordance with specifications and documentation.
- Monitoring on the campus energy efficiency and involvement in efficiency improvement implementations.

Education Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-7 years of ACMV experiences, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of ACMV experiences.
