Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the progress of sub-contractors' work in accordance with shop drawings, method statements, materials and samples.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples.
- Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
- Manage and execute projects as per deadlines.
- Attend meetings with subcontractors/contractors/clients to address issues and update project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Candidates with over 10 years of experience may be considered for Senior position.
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry, especially in ACMV system installation, is preferred.
- Knowledge of ACMV System, Local/International Code of Practice/Standard, Green Mark Requirement, Hydronic/Static Calculation, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD would be advantageous.
