Job Title: Logistics Service Representative

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and efficient support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Contact customers for delivery rescheduling as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Respond to customer inquiries from multiple channels.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide assistance throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage customer service phone during operational hours.
  • Oversee return process and update customer service log for accuracy.
  • Analyze data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure timely and professional management of stakeholders in assigned accounts.

Additional responsibilities may include any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
  • Strong PC and keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Experience in CRM.
  • Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules and conditions.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics.
