SAP MM Senior Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Consultant to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Design/Change Support
  • Provide guidance and solution expertise to support the functional and technical design/change
  • Technical Documentation
  • Prepare functional specifications, design and technical documents, and/or change request documents for approval
  • Business Solution Expertise
  • Provide solutions to business units and business requirements, including effort estimation, change impact analysis, and ensuring technical integrity
  • System Development Work
  • Perform system development work based on specifications, conducting quality checks, ABAP code reviews, quality testing, and fulfilling tasks before requesting user acceptance tests
  • Troubleshooting and Support
  • Troubleshoot system problems within MM/QM/WM and integration with other SAP modules or non-SAP systems, user operations support, and ensuring that user requirements are met
  • Configuration and Integration
  • Configure MM for new setups, working with vendors or project managers on new integrations with MM
  • Ariba Integration
  • Facilitate and manage the integration of Ariba with SAP MM functions, working with vendors to ensure compatibility and solution sustainability
  • Project Implementation and Management
  • Be involved in project implementation, ensuring timeline follow-up with no delay of assignment, following SDLC documentation policy, and being responsible for all types of system documentation
  • Incident Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Manage system incident tickets/service requests to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction, carrying out root-cause analysis, contributing to the knowledge base, and providing recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Knowledge Transfer and Status Reporting
  • Prepare knowledge transfer documents, having a responsive attitude, and timely crisp status reporting]
