Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist will oversee projects primarily related to business systems in Europe and Asia.

Job Description:

  • Lead the analysis of new business requirements with stakeholders to propose optimal solutions.
  • Develop functional solutions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Define and implement project roadmaps with technical support.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external parties to deliver key artifacts, such as functional requirements and user interface designs.
  • Organize committees for project coordination.
  • Identify and report project risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Plan migration strategies and change management activities.
  • Coordinate Users Acceptance Tests (UAT).
  • Manage decision-making processes for solution design, validation, and approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
