Job Overview

The Senior Tax Manager will work in a team providing tax compliance and advisory services to corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance, assessment, and advisory services for companies and individuals.
  • Oversee engagements, including planning, budgeting, staff management, and coordination with tax authorities.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges in taxation.
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff members to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Be actively involved in identifying and researching tax issues to provide expert advice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications or Accounting degree recognized by ISCA.
  • 8-10 years of experience in CPA firms, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax standards, including legislation and regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills to motivate and manage staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Service-oriented and commercially focused with strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
