Job Title: Global Tax Expert

Are you passionate about providing innovative tax solutions to international clients?
We're looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Global Tax Expert.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with engagement managers to deliver efficient tax solutions to domestic and international clients. This will involve working on various projects such as corporate restructuring, M&A, tax due diligence, tax incentives, and stamp duty.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with engagement managers to provide expert tax advice to clients
* Assist in managing the engagement process from proposal to billing
* Stay up-to-date with updates in domestic and international tax laws and regulations

Requirements:
* Minimum two years of relevant working experience in international tax/corporate tax/M&A tax with large/mid-tier international accounting firms
* Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Pro-active, committed, and able to work well in a team and independently
