Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expand market share for our Air Conditioner Division in Southeast Asia & Oceania. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the air conditioning industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing businesses in the region.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and manage cross-functional teams. You will lead a team of sales managers, product managers, marketing specialists, and customer support staff to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the Air Conditioner Division.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that increase brand awareness and drive demand for Samsung air conditioner products.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the air conditioning industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing businesses in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
What We Offer:

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
