">About the Role

This challenging opportunity requires an individual with exceptional communication skills to shape and convey the company's public policy positions to key government stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in public & government affairs, with expertise in thought leadership program management and policy development.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop advocacy strategies that support the company's policy objectives and business goals. Additionally, the successful candidate will stay abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and proactive engagement in policy discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop plans and materials to amplify and communicate the company's public policy positions in alignment with organizational goals and values
  • Work in alignment with global team to support country government and public affairs teams to advance policy advocacy to targeted external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop advocacy strategies and key issues strategies
  • Stay abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and proactive engagement in policy discussions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Public Policy, Government Affairs, Political Science, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of professional experience in public & government affairs, with a strong track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to convey complex policy issues to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in thought leadership program management and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills to stay informed about relevant policy developments
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and strong teamwork culture
