The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the claims function, developing and implementing claims strategies, and overseeing the development and implementation of claims policies, guidelines, and standards.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of claims professionals, developing and implementing claims strategies, and overseeing the development and implementation of claims policies, guidelines, and standards. They will also work closely with country, regional, and global leadership teams to drive innovation, enhance claims capabilities, and maintain a robust claims management framework.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of claims management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They will possess a strong understanding of laws, trends, and regulatory requirements and their implications on insurance offerings. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or professional insurance designation preferred.
