As a Business Manager in APAC Markets Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimizing performance.

Job Description

Drive Strategic Initiatives:

Identify key opportunities to enhance business outcomes and develop actionable recommendations to support strategic programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational objectives.

Provide Strategic Support:

Act as a trusted advisor to Business Heads, offering expert guidance on business risk management and supporting the development of strategic programs.

Manage Projects:

Oversee project management, presentation development, and business analysis to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

Build Strong Partnerships:

Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business partners to drive collaboration and execution across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to identify key issues, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver from inception to completion.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter with a creative 'can-do' attitude.
