Youth Innovation Catalyst

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and self-motivated individual with a strong interest in youth innovation and collaboration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the inaugural youth hackathon, 3IGHACK, which empowers students to tackle pressing global challenges through creativity and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning and Logistics:
- Assist with planning and coordinating event logistics, from pre-event preparation to on-site execution
- Support outreach efforts to promote the hackathon to invited schools and participants
- Liaise with vendors and service providers on event-related requirements
- Maintain databases and contact lists for participants, mentors, and partners
- Partnership Management:
- Support the management of partner involvement, such as mentors, judges, and funding contributors
- Assist in preparing partnership decks, communications, and briefing materials
- Provide on-site support to ensure a smooth partner experience
- Support post-event reports and follow-up communications with partners
Requirements:
- Poly or undergraduate student from a relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, Event Management, or Communications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Interest or prior experience in event planning, outreach, or partnership management is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player who can also work independently with initiative
- Proficient in MS Office; design skills highly desired
- Candidate should be available to commit through November to support the hackathon's preparation and execution
- Part-time and hybrid work arrangements negotiable
