Job Opportunity for Territory Growth

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Territory Manager. This position involves expanding our presence in the designated area, cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving sales growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building successful business partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales within the designated territory by promoting VectorBuilder offerings and fostering new customer connections.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing product information via email, phone, or video calls.
  • Discover and engage with new potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of molecular biology techniques and sales strategies.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service and support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical device industries.
  • Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with customers and present complex scientific information clearly.

Benefits:

  • The opportunity to work remotely with approximately 10-15% travel post-COVID.
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
