Job Title: Global Customer Service Representative
This is a highly sought-after position in our customer service team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, providing proactive communication, and resolving any disputes or blockages that may arise. They will also be required to manage the resolution of AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) for their assigned client portfolio.
To achieve this, the Global CSR will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication with key clients regarding repair and spare parts orders
- Consolidate client needs through periodic conference calls
- Provide responses or alternatives to client needs by consulting internal stakeholders
- Resolve disputes or blockages, including unpaid invoices
- Manage the resolution of AOGs for assigned client portfolio
