Job Title: Experienced IT Programmer

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled programmer to assist us in various system development and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Java programming and related technologies.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet our business requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coding new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools, and coding conventions.
  • Modifying, testing, correcting, and documenting programs.
  • Preparing and documenting test data, and setting up testing and production environment.
  • Maintaining program and system documentation, and assisting in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements.
  • Producing deliverables according to group standards and procedures.
  • Project coordination, management, and user training work.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting end-users in the implementation and maintenance of application systems.
  • Training other contract programmers in relevant skills.
  • Participating in Disaster Recovery activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Java programming.
  • Experience with JSP, Servlet, Java Bean, JavaScript, Session management, JDBC, and SQL.
