Lead Programme Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled programme coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Assist with programme management, including registration and renewals, collection of supporting documents, liaising with enrichment partners, tracking children's attendance and progress, coordinating across internal teams, and maintaining clear communication with children and parents.
    • Assist with planning and execution of holiday programmes, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with donors and volunteers, overseeing internal workflows, and supporting onsite delivery.
  • Planning & Implementation of Holiday Programmes
    • Collaborate with corporate partners and centre teams to develop and roll out co-curricular and holiday programmes, such as Pathfinder, Learning Journeys, and Life Skills workshops.
    • Design activity schedules and learning objectives using Theory of Change principles.
    • Ensure risk assessments are conducted where required and safety measures implemented for all activities.
    • Liaise with external vendors and volunteers to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of programme activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and related data using internal shared systems.
    • Support the preparation of quarterly reports and updates for senior management.
    • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess programme outcomes and inform future improvements.
  • Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
    • Attend to ad-hoc queries from families, volunteers, and community stakeholders via email, phone, or in person.
    • Assist with other organisational initiatives or duties as assigned by the Director or CEO.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in coordinating and planning programmes for children in a social service or community setting.
  • Strong understanding of Theory of Change and experience applying it in programme design.
  • Skilled in risk assessment and implementing safety measures.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-organised and proficient in documentation and reporting.
  • Able to start immediately or join at short notice.
