Facilities Maintenance Specialist
- Main responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, supervising supervisors and workers on site, coordinating with external contractors for preventive maintenance, and preparing regular reports and meeting minutes.
- Duties also involve assisting in minor troubleshooting and hands-on work as required.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance projects to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, equipment usage, and personnel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve complex problems.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in facilities management, building electrical, or air-conditioning maintenance, along with at least 3 years of experience in integrated facilities maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
