Roles & Responsibilities:
As a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experience. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations, order management, and administrative coordination in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Assist in the accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
- Liaison with Sales Team: Liaise with the Sales team to ensure order details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Filing System Maintenance: Maintain a systematic filing system for sales orders and customer-related documentation.
- Customer Support: Provide support in responding to customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for department projects and process improvements.
- Demo Stock Inventory Management: Help manage demo stock inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
- Year-End Audit Support: Support year-end audit by collating and organizing required documentation.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Contribute to other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
