Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MindSpace Administrator to join our team at MindChamps. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our centre, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage centre reports, including financial and attendance records
- Coordinate daily health checks and ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Assist parents with merchandise purchases and administrative tasks
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies
- Ensure timely and safe transfer of students from school to centre
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask
