Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MindSpace Administrator to join our team at MindChamps. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our centre manager and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial and centre reports, including petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reports.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly forms, such as teachers and students' attendance forms, sign in/out forms, and school bus attendance forms.
  • Conduct daily health checks on children upon arrival when necessary.
  • Assist parents with the purchase of merchandise, such as uniforms, caps, and books.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms, and maintain the upkeep of centre premises.
  • Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies, including merchandise and stationery.
  • Ensure the safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre.
  • Ensure the safety of children within the premises.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the centre manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
