We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global innovation pipeline across sports supplements and functional health products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development within the supplements, FMCG or functional health industries.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who can drive our global new product development (NPD) roadmap, lead end-to-end innovation projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The selected candidate will stay ahead of global trends in supplements, functional beverages, and snacks, and translate insights into commercially viable products.

Mandatory requirements include 3+ years of experience in product development, a strong understanding of effective trending ingredients, and project management expertise.

Additionally, international regulatory frameworks knowledge is a bonus, as well as strong cross-functional management and communication skills.

A degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, a strategic thinker with a bias for execution, and passionate about fitness, gym culture, and improving lives through better health.
