The Innovation Team in Prudential handles a wide range of programmes, targeting both internal culture transformation and external community partnership with the wider innovation community such as educational institutions, startups, developers etc. In this role, you will have access to senior-level stakeholders, and assist in:

- Driving engagement with employees, internal and external communities globally
- Researching on the global innovation ecoystem which Prudential operates in
- Shaping and proposing new Innovation initiatives that translate to real business outcomes
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities including event management
- Ongoing programmes (PRUFintegrate, Innovation Challenge/Awards, Young Trailblazers etc.)
- Driving engagement with employees and the community, both internal and external

BAU Activities (70%):

- Work with the Innovation team and other internal stakeholders (including the Leadership team) to roll out company-wide initiatives on entrenching innovation culture, capabilities and solutions across Prudential companies in Asia & Africa;
- Manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) Innovation projects end to end, and work with key stakeholders such as business owners, the data/technology team, end users etc. to deliver positive business outcomes;
- Engage with external partners to discover collaborative opportunities and showcase Prudential as a leader in the innovation space;
- Undertake research on innovation-related knowledge, trends and opportunities globally.
- Track and report the outcomes of Innovation projects and initiatives

Divisional Project (30%)
- Select from a range of regional Innovation projects and see one of them through end to end as a team member.
