**About the role**:
Innovation team oversees initiating and supporting innovation projects throughout the company, in the fields of Logistics Automation, Digital Transformation and Sustainability. In order to structure and foster the innovation projects, we are looking for an Innovation Project Intern. The intern would be stationed in B.Lab, which is one of the two innovation labs of Bollore Logistics and part of the latest built logistics hub (Blue Hub).

**What you will be doing**:

- Explore and map new / current technological trends and propose creative solutions to meet business and operational needs.
- Take ownership of innovation projects and work with key stakeholders and third-party vendors in curating solutions and conducting impact assessment.
- Engage in critical design thinking and recommend system improvements.
- Propose innovation campaigns to gather interest, drive and consolidate innovation ideas across functions.
- Pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor of Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Engineering (Industrial & System Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Supply Chain Management
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments
- Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Requires knowledge in programming languages to create prototypes (Python, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Experience / Knowledge of supply chain, transportation or logistics domains is a bonus
