Global team
is growing, and we are looking for a
Global Immigration Manager
for our
Singapore
office. This role involves overseeing the country/regional immigration team, requiring extensive experience in people management, client engagement, and process implementation.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the country/region
Advising on immigration rules and supporting reporting
Strategizing for complex cases
Serving as a point of escalation
Organizing and planning OOO coverage
Participating in client calls
Collaborating with AM Pods on client matters
Communicating with immigration authorities and managing application updates or escalations
Managing team professional development and training
Reviewing case assessments for optimal caseload management
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills
Team management experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Minimum 5+ years of immigration experience
At least 2+ years in team leadership
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
