Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Solutions Intern.

This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates in Business, IT, or Computer Science to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent written and communication skills, and be well-versed in MS Office.

About this Role:
  • As a Business Solutions Intern, you will provide support in gathering, designing, and conceptualizing business solutions to meet client expectations.
  • You will ensure that business requirements are accurately captured as technical specifications.
  • You will serve as the front-line team member in addressing questions, clarifying content, and priorities.
  • You will solution and implement business solutions to clients' expectations.
  • You will assist in training sessions with clients.
  • You will gather and record critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
  • You will track and manage project tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and Designing Business Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Capturing Business Requirements: Ensure that business requirements are accurately captured as technical specifications.
  • Solutioning and Implementing: Implement business solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training sessions with clients.
  • Project Management: Track and manage project tasks assigned.
Requirements:
  • Aptitude and attitude foremost - the ability and willingness to learn and pursue ideals.
  • Current student or fresh graduate in Business, IT, or Computer Science.
  • Strong Analytical and Presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Well-versed in MS Office - Word, PPT.
