Job Title: Site Development Specialist

This role is focused on supporting Senior Project Managers/Project Managers in delivering daily activities and overseeing project schedules. We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate with clients and site teams, ensuring that works are carried out as per specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing and managing daily activities.
  • Monitor work progress in relation to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure projects are completed as per plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and attend meetings as required.
  • Requisition materials and facilitate timely delivery and mobilization.
  • Maintain project databases and record-keeping of all construction documents.
  • Prepare progress reports, estimations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry (preferably in the civil sector).
  • Proficiency in English, MS Office, and AutoCad.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines and collaborate with team members on multi-project initiatives.
  • Will to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Located at the site office with potential travel to various sites.
