Job Summary

The Resident Infrastructure Specialist will oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings and client requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will monitor site works to guarantee the method statements and work procedures are strictly followed.
  • They will be responsible for supervising structural works, identifying any non-conformity of contractor's work site, and ensuring that the builder executes the work in accordance with consultant's instructions.
  • Quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project will be conducted by the Resident Infrastructure Specialist.
  • They will also be responsible for verifying contractors' progress and maintaining accurate site records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure site activities comply with project specifications, construction drawings and client requirements.
  2. Monitor site works to guarantee method statements and work procedures are strictly followed.
  3. Supervise structural works, identify non-conformity of contractor's work site and ensure builder executes work according to consultant's instructions.
  4. Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project.
  5. Verify contractors' progress and maintain accurate site records.
