Job Title: Infrastructure Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise infrastructure works including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and other building services.
  • Review infrastructure drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with architectural and structural plans.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve site and design issues.
  • Monitor progress of infrastructure works on-site and report to the Project Manager regularly.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend coordination meetings and assist in the integration of infrastructure systems with overall project planning.
  • Track and manage materials, tools, and manpower requirements for installations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and assist with testing and commissioning processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure coordination in construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and infrastructure schematics.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit MEP knowledge is a plus.
