Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team and spearhead all marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility, expand market share, and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company's customer base.

Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Manager will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales demand, and develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and brand awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of combined sales and marketing experience, preferably in IT wholesale or distribution.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, market trends, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
