CYH Marketing, a leading distributor in the food industry, specializes in wholesale sales of sugar, flour, and various ingredients. We pride ourselves on maintaining traditional values while embracing modern approaches to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team to support our growing sales and e-commerce operations.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**
- Manage and coordinate sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery schedules and resolve any delivery-related issues.
**Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and target potential customers in the wholesale sector, focusing on sugar, flour, and other ingredients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Follow up with customers including payments.
**E-commerce Portal Management**
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce portal, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
- Assist with fulfillment.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Provide exceptional service to existing and prospective clients, building long-term relationships.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
**Administrative Support**
- Assist with invoicing, order confirmations, and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer details.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale sector dealing with food ingredients like sugar, flour, etc.**
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
- Proficient in computer skills.**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.**
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Should be able converse in mandarin and dialect as many of our customers are mandarin/dialect speaking.
