Job Title: Front Desk Service Lead

Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Front Desk staff member is to provide exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This includes handling check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Conduct room checks, reservations, and public area checks as required.
  • Support the training and development of team members with the goal of promoting within the organization.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and provide assistance while maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain an accurate cash float.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospitality software.
