Job Title: Senior Financial Director

 We are seeking a Senior Financial Director to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining sound financial procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial management plans.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the Administration function to ensure effective operations.
  • Collaborate in the review of business cases and develop robust financial models.
  • Manage Group-level forex hedging decisions, risk management, cash flow, and borrowings.
  • Direct Group-wide tax planning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Accountancy with CPA/CA professional qualification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant senior-level experience.
  • Strong business acumen with proven leadership in financial management.
  • High integrity, strong analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong EQ, interpersonal, and people management skills.
