Our organization seeks an accomplished Senior Financial Director to assume leadership over our financial planning and strategy initiatives. This high-profile position requires a visionary finance professional with exceptional expertise in long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights. As a senior finance director, you will be responsible for driving business growth through informed financial decisions and collaborating closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective financial strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing expert financial guidance to senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making
  • Overseeing financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and group consolidation to ensure compliance and financial stability
  • Building and leading high-performing accounting teams to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Ensuring regulatory and accounting compliance, managing audits and tax matters, monitoring cash flow, and developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Supporting ERP implementation, M&A due diligence, and tax optimization initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Overseeing daily finance and accounting operations to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company standards


To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong finance business partnering experience
  • Hands-on skills with strong leadership abilities
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge
