Job Overview:
  • Business Development:
    • Unlock new locations for vending machine placements and evaluate opportunities to boost revenue.
    • Create compelling proposals and contracts that secure site agreements and placement activities.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial business plans with customers, forging long-lasting relationships.
    • Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights on sales performance and market exchange.
  • Operations Excellence:
    • Collaborate in strategic planning and execute smooth vending machine deployments and relocations.
    • Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless setup of machines at new sites.
    • Support the van sales team during manpower shortages by providing direct assistance with loading and delivery.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Manage incoming inquiries related to vending solutions, identifying potential leads.
    • Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and refund requests with professionalism.
    • Address on-ground issues and gather key feedback from customers.
    • Liaise with technical teams to deploy service providers for quick resolution of faulty machines with minimal disruption.
Requirements:
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingsness to work a 5.5-day work week is required.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation with a proactive and positive work attitude is essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Excel and data analytical skills are advantageous.
