Role Overview

As a skilled professional in project coordination and management, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality programs and maintaining efficient internal operations. This position involves coordinating end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder liaison, and operational planning to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program delivery, including logistics, venue arrangements, catering, documentation preparation, and onsite coordination for both local and overseas programs.
  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, vendors, and overseas clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and maintain smooth delivery across touchpoints.
  • Prepare and collate key program materials such as presentation decks, participant pre-reads, evaluation forms, certificates, and printed materials.
  • Track procurement and contract statuses, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
  • Support the delivery of overseas programs, which may require travel from time to time.
  • Compile and format monthly KPI reports, ensuring data consistency and filing evidence for audit readiness.
  • Assist with website administration by uploading approved content and formatting them according to established web templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination and execution skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple concurrent tasks and timelines across both internal operations and external program delivery. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in logistics and operational planning, stakeholder liaison, and procurement and contract administration.
