  • Lead the creation of comprehensive program schedules, identify dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and deliverables.">
  • Build a detailed work plan and engage team members in delegated tasks and activities.">
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.">
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, keeping relevant parties informed of program status.">
  • Implement quality standards across all projects, ensuring deliverables meet specified requirements.">
  • Establish and maintain effective change management processes, including training and engagement strategies.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Certifications such as PMP or an equivalent will be advantageous.">
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale programs in the finance and government sectors.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.">
