At Dasher, we're seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Smart Home Technology Specialist. As an Onsite Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping customers enjoy the best of smart home technology by installing, training, and supporting them with their new gadgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Smart Appliances: You will visit customers' homes to set up smart devices like robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.

• Train Customers: You will teach customers how to use their new gadgets effectively, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades.

• Provide Tech Support: You will assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.

• Plumbing Knowledge: You will use basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that need water connections, ensuring everything complies with Singapore's housing standards.

• Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: If you have experience with water purifiers or dispensers, that's a big plus, which will help you provide even better service.

• Team Player: You will work closely with your teammates to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. You will share tips and ideas to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• We welcome entry-level candidates to apply.

• You must have a good command (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.

• You must hold a valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.

• You must be able to work 5.5 days a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm.

After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting from day one.
