We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Smart Home Technology Specialist.

About the Role:

This position involves installing and configuring smart devices in customers' homes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install Smart Appliances: Install and set up smart devices such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting in customers' homes.
  • Train Customers: Teach customers how to effectively use their new smart devices, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades.
  • Provide Tech Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
  • Plumbing Knowledge: Utilize basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that require water connections, adhering to industry standards.
  • Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: Having experience with water purifiers or dispensers is a plus, allowing you to provide even better service.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with teammates to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience, sharing tips and ideas to improve service quality.
