Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technician to join our team and assist customers in enjoying smart home technology.

This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy working with people and aim to enhance home convenience and intelligence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers' homes to set up smart devices such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.
  • Train customers on how to use their new gadgets effectively to ensure they are comfortable with their smart home upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart devices, including app connectivity.
  • Utilize basic plumbing skills for water-connected appliances, ensuring compliance with housing standards.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
  • Driving License: A valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.
  • Availability: Availability to work 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm.
