Smart Home Technician Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Smart Home Technician. This role is perfect for those who love working with people and want to make homes smarter and more convenient.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure smart appliances, such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.
  • Train customers on how to use their new gadgets effectively, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
  • Utilize basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that require water connections, ensuring compliance with relevant housing standards.
  • Experience with water purifiers or dispensers is a plus, enabling you to provide even better service.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, sharing tips and ideas to improve service quality.

Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • A good command (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese is necessary to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license is required.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm.
