Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional community operations team in assigned areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission, developing team members to enhance their skills, and integrating the team with other RHSO departments and divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in regional community operations to support residents in leading a healthy lifestyle, including transition care programs, community health posts, and data analysis and monitoring workload.
  • Support operations planning in assigned areas, including manpower planning and management, and collaborating with community partners to coordinate community operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance care and resident experience, including piloting new programs and processes, evaluating technology to ease workflow improvement, and managing service-related feedback.
  • Lead in regional community operations team in assigned areas, ensuring the department is appropriately resourced, developing team members, and integrating the team with other departments and divisions.
