  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive at our airport.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Working closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless services and passenger satisfaction.
    • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions.

Key Requirements

  • You must possess at least 2 GCE A level credits or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality or sales is required.
  • You must have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant and cheerful disposition, good interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A service-oriented individual who is willing to go the extra mile is preferred.
