Senior Construction Project Coordinator

As a Senior Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations on the construction site from start to finish. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Oversight: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Budget Control: Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports to stakeholders.
- Health and Safety Management: Implement health and safety measures and ensure all workers follow protocols.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to interpret plans and contract terms
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling
