About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender quotations
  • Ensure timelines are met and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Perform quantity take-offs and handle final accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office and other measurement software
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
