Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in all aspects of procurement with suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Management: Assist the project manager in procuring materials, labor, and equipment from reputable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including negotiations, amendments, and terminations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, business administration).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
